We regret to inform you that Bit Blox does not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. All purchases made through our platform are considered final sale.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement only upon submission of a complete, unedited unboxing video. All items are carefully inspected for quality and functionality before dispatch.

Replacement Policy
NexVault does not offer warranties or guarantees on any products. However, in the case of damage caused during transit, we will replace the item only upon receiving an uncut unboxing video from the customer. We ensure every product is checked before shipping.

Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we’ll guide you with the next steps and provide the necessary address details.
In case of damaged, defective, or wrong items, kindly reach out to us immediately upon delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Items such as custom-made products, personalized goods, perishable items, and any hazardous materials are non-returnable. In addition, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
NexVault does not support product exchanges. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be exchanged for another item or store credit.
Refund Policy
