Shipping Timelines
Most orders within India are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to regions closer to Kerala usually arrive within 2–4 days.
Please note: Shipping duration may vary depending on the delivery location or specific conditions.
Shipping Partners
We ship using trusted courier services like India Post, DTDC, and Delhivery Courier to ensure fast and reliable deliveries.
Shipping Costs
We offer two modes of payment:

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹699

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on orders above ₹100. Requires a ₹49 COD fee. The amount is payable at the time of delivery.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Dispatch times may vary depending on specific cases or stock availability.
International Shipping
We currently do not support international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within India.
Delivery Confirmation
A tracking number will be shared within 24 hours of order confirmation for shipment tracking. Please note, this might be delayed in some scenarios.
Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, we offer replacements.
To claim a replacement, submit a complete, uncut unboxing video clearly showing the issue from the start.
Lost Shipments
In case your package is lost during transit, reach out to us with valid proof. Once verified, we will process a replacement for your order.
Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will resend it after verifying the correct delivery information.
Holiday Delays
Delays may occur during public holidays or under special circumstances. While we aim to ship promptly, we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
